Dawes Commission Enrollment Cards Coker/Keith-Help understanding?

I pulled names of Cokers and Keiths from U.S. Native American Enrollment Cards for the Five Civilized Tribes 1898-1914, and went to National Archives to try and retrieve more of an explanation for content and process. I understand the census cards will have some family info, and plan to order a few. However, when the Enrollment Index says "Age Entered"....does that mean when entered on Dawes Commission list, i.e 1898-1914, or could it be when individual was entered on tribal rolls earlier?

I am looking for some documentation of Coker Indian Blood (probably Cherokee, maybe Choctaw) in SC or AL. What type of information is on the census cards, other than parents and I suppose place of birth and birth year?

Any further explanation would be appreciated.

Amy
