Searching for some proof. Does any one out there have any information on Mary Ann Chaney.It was said been married before. She married a widower Elliott Pleake (Plake) in Indiana Records. They were married 1870 few months after first wife passed away. It was said Mary Ann Chaney was Full Blood Cherokee.
