Elizabeth Crow / John Orsburn Marriage

I've been told Elizabeth Crow was American Indian. She was born about 1932 in Tennesse. She married John Orsburn (originally from NC) and they lived in Kentucky and had a daughter Francis Clementine Orsburn. (My ggrandmother). I'm looking for any information on Elizabeth's or John's families.
