Norman Aiken, born in VT about 1820

I am seeking information on the parents of Norman Aiken who was born in Royalton, VT about 1820; he married Betsey F. Hatch, on February 8, 1846 in Royalton. They subsequently moved to MA and are found in the 1870 Census in South Hadley, 1880 Census in Leicester, and the 1900 Census in Springfield. According to the 1870 Census, it would appear that they had 4 children: Almon, Willie, Frank, and Nellie, all born in MA. Only further information is available on Almon. Betsey Hatch Aiken died on July 2, 1897 in Palmer, Hampden County, MA.

Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.
