I am looking for other descendants of John Akins and Clarissa Vosburgh. John's date of birth was November 15, 1822, born in New York. I have no additonal information on John's pedigree.
John and Clarissa had 13 children (according to someone else's research). They were the parents of my gr-great-grandfather, CORNELIUS VOSBURG AKINS, and MARTHA ANN CARR-SOLOMON.
John and Clarissa's children were born in PA>IL>IA. Their last settlement being in Iowa.
My great-grandfather was ELI Cornelius AKINS, and his wife was ETHEL DUTCHER. Am very interested in sharing
or comparing family history with anyone who is connected to these lines, or who would be able to furnish me with the ancestry beyond JOHN and CLARISSA - I have not been able to get past them.
