Hi there
I am looking for Lawrence / Laurence Aldridge born 31 January 1920 in Broken Hill NSW Australia. His father's name is Herbert Edward Aldrige and his mother's name is Lillian Victoria Aldridge (nee McLaren) and they lived in Blende Street, Broken Hill. I have pasted a copy of his Army Service Records below:

They both parted company and re-married other people. But, the children of that marriage, and there were 3, are looking to find him because of Genealogy purposes. I contacted the Broken Hill City Council as Lawrence's father was a Council Officer there years ago, the contact person said that there were no Aldridges in Broken Hill anymore and that they lived in Blende Street since 1935. I think Lawrence Aldridge re-married and went to Western Australia. I would love to hear from any relations or children from his 2nd marriage who could fill in the gap for me. I am a half-sister to Lawrences children in Brisbane, Queensland and am acting on their behalf. Thank you and hope to hear from somebody soon!
