the way the book reads, it looks as if mark and Anthony, the twins were sons of Marchus (Mark) Aldridge and Jane. I don't have any more info on Jane, perhaps a 1st wife? It does mention Mark and Anthony were born "in Hancock County to Mark and Jane". Perhaps birth records there circa 5/29/1853 could shed some light?
