Dear Janet,
If you can find a male cousin who is a direct male descendant of you William Perry, you can test his yDNA for about $150.
The test results will not specifically tell you if you are a descendant of Hezekiah. What it will tell you is that you COULD be. It will also tell you if you are NOT descended from Hezekiah.
