Stacy, the 1930 US Census shows Robert and Lucy living in Grayson, Carter Co., KY, where Robert is a farmer. They are shown to have been married about 10 or 11 years; Robert was 18 when he was married and Lucy was 15. The census shows them with four children: Hazel I., 11 years of age, Robert E., 6, William F., 3, and Ernest C., about a month old. Next to the family appears to be his father, a W.F. Alexander, age 49, and his wife, Dora N. It appears to be a second marriage for Dora, as she was 24 when she was first married and is shown as 54 in 1930; W.F. was shown as 23 when he was first married., meaning he was married about 4 years less than Dora. At their home they have a son, Ernest, 26, and a daughter, Dolly M., 18, as well as a granddaughter, Opal, also a month old. Last names of neighbors were Adkins, Glenn and Virgil.
I also show a Clayton Eugene Taylor born to Robert and Lucy, on April 3, 1931; d. Jan 12, 2002 West Virginia. Clayton md. a _____ Dyer.

One question, though: Kentucky Death Records show
Robert dying on April 8, 1968 in Ohio, though his death certificate was issued in KY.
