Peter Allan was born in Fife Scotland in 1840. He worked in the coal mines. He married Catherine Gibb about 1860. To them the following children were born: Peter b 1861 d. 1959, Elizabeth b. 1863 d. 1940, Christina (or Christiana) b. 1865, Katherine b. 1868 d. 1937, Francis (or Frank) b. 1871, Agnes b. 1873 d. 1896, Janet b. 1876 d. 1933, and Ellen b. 1880 d. 1967.
Does anyone have information about Christina/Christiana or Francis/Frank? The family resided in Wilkins and Homestead, Allegheny Co., Pennsylvania.
