Hi Dennis,I have Dentons in my family tree Rev.Richard Denton was one of my great grand-fathers.I would be interested in your Allens connection to them. I am researching Allens too as a possible great grand-parent on my farthers side of the family.Mary Allen dau. of Simon and Lydia Allen married Earnest Swails (possibly my great grand-parents) Mary and Earnest had sons Forest,Earl and possibly a son named William. 1920 census for Morgan Co. Indiana show a grandson named William Swails living with Simon and Lydia Allen.Right above Simon Allen's family is listed Noah and Cora Allen,a son,Samuel 6 yrs old,a son Chester 6 months old,then Swails Forest age 10 and Earl age 6 and they are listed as lodgers in the home. I believe that Forest,Earl and William Swails are brothers.Earl and William being twins, William is my father. Do you by chance have any info on any of these people.My connection of Dentons to Allens would be through William Swails married my mother who is the great grand daughter of Dentons.
