I'm looking for any information you might have on my grandfather Richard Paul Allen, b. 1938 or my g-grandfather Paul Allen, probably born between 1890 and 1920. The both lived and worked in the San Francisco bay area, but I'm not sure where either of them were actually born. Also, Paul Allen apparently had connections with the mob (in the SF area?), so that may or may not help.
