I am looking for any information on Francis Alexander Allen who was my wife's gt gt grandfather. He is said to have been born in Gloucester city England around 1844. His father was Charles Allen, a Currier. He is not found on the 1851 or 1861 census but the 1871 census finds him in Monmouthshire where up until his death in 1921 he is well documented. Does anyone know anything about his early life or his father? Andrew Wood
