I haven't posted here in nearly a decade, during which time I have done many hours of research for the children of John Allison and wife Sarah and their children of the Fayette/Franklin county Indiana area from 1800 to date, yet I am still looking for more.

Their known children were:

Timothy Allison b. NC abt 1790 m. Nancy Walker
Elisha Allison b. NC or KY abt 1792 m. Sarah Dawson Spencer
Nancy Allison b. NC abt 1793 m. John Jacobs
James Allison b. March 1 1801 Fleming, KY m. Mary Polly Stubbs and then Frances(Fanny) Wayne
Elizabeth b. 1805 KY m. John Klum
Asbury b. 1807 m. Sarah "Sally" Stubbs and then Elizabeth Eyestone

They may have had other daughters, at least one more for sure. Possiblities are:

Courtney Allison m. William Warren in 1820
Susannah Allison m. Stephen Coffin May 22 1827**strongest possiblity**
Lucinda Allison m. Samuel Dunn 1830

Please remember these early names were spelled various ways, Alison, Elison and Ellison as well as Allison. If you have families that originate from Indiana they may be connected to the above.
