Hi Jan,

I finally finished my 2 DAR supplementals today on Nehemiah and his son Zaccheus!

The Nehemiah, Jr. you mentioned was in Rev. War and is probably the one who processed the payroll for your
Jonathan Powers.

Nehemiah, Sr. had 4 sons who were soldiers:

Nehemiah, Jr. b. 1752 who m. Betsey Haseltine
Henry b. 1757 who m. Prudence Lewis
Zaccheus b. 1758 who m. Hepsibah Taplin
Robert b. 1762 who m. Polly Taplin

This is a tough family to follow. They kept using the same names over and over. Also they lived in Dunstable, NH and Dunstable, MA. and historians did not always state whether it was NH or MA!
