Am trying to find more information on these two. They lived in the Simpson Township in Grant County. They were married in Pulaski Co in 1859, but had their children in Grant County. Samuel was from AL and Ann was from GA as noted on the census records. They had children: Samuel P Campbell (married Nancy Gill in Grant Co), Amanda (married John Y Morrison), William Louis (married Mary Ella McCullough in Texas), Isaac Marion, Susan, and Julia. All the children had apparently moved to Texas just before the turn of the century and the parents must have died because I have a record showing that the children sold the land that the older Samuel P owned in Arkansas. I have more information on the Hand family and am trying to find the parents of Samuel P Campbell that census shows was born in Alabama.
