They owned land in Lawrence Co. in 1859-60. Were they Father and son? Any one know anything about their famileys? Did they have a son, WILLIAM NEWTON CHRISTIAN? He lived in Newton Co. in 1880s Bought land around Hasty. about 1884. He married 1st, Virginia A. Baxter? 2nd. Margaret A. McFarlin? William and Margaret had a daughter, Nancy Eller or Eller Vivian. She m. WILLIAM NATHAN AGEE of Hasty. She may have lived in Jasper. This familey may have come from Tenn. WILLIAM NATHAN AGEE was my Gr-father and WILLIAM NEWTON CHRISTIAN was my G-Grfather. The familey knew Gr-ma Agee as Nancy Eller, But my Dads (THOMAS VELTON AGEE) birth cert. says Mother was Eller Vivian, was signed by WILLIAM NATHAN AGEE. They named a daughter, Grace Vivian, she named her daughter, Della Vivian. Would like to solve this ?I amthe only one in the familey that questions this. I am a des. of ANTHONY AGEE son of MATHIEU AGEE from France to Va. Any help would be gratefully apreciated. Betty
