In the 1850 census for Lawrence Co, AR there is a Robert Mitchell (38, b TN) with his family: Sarah (38, b IL), and children Charlotta, Mary, George W., Elizabeth A., Sarah L., Julia V. ranging in age from 13 down to 2. I think that Robert died in Lawrence Co about 1861. Is this Robert Mitchell the same Robert Mitchell who shows up in some Perry County, AR tax records in the 1840s? Is this Robert Mitchell the brother of the John Mitchell who moved to Barry County MO from Arkansas about 1849?
