Peggy,
The justice of the peace that married Marshall and Betty was H.B.Wayland. What did the H.B. stand for? Also I am looking for the name of the husband of Tennessee "Tennie" (
Clements Wayland. Lawrence co., AR.,around 1875-80. Tennie's brother was Marshall Clements.
Any help would be appreciated.
