It breaks your heart just hear the stories. I have been working on my tree almost three years,some have many years on this project. The info they have in the Lawrence Co site, is written by Ron Williams and Michael Brown is wrong
they are trying to find the truth.We know Pierre Lemieux was not the one they have listed (1743) they have since traced that one to another family. I have narrowed it to three Pierres,but so far they are missing from the records.
I have about 7000 in my tree, it is nearly done. I may never know who are the parents of my Pierre. I would love to read the Logan book, if it is out there maybe my library can find it.
