Hi all!
My g-grand father was Ory (spelling?) Archer, wife I believe was Lena, not sure. Had sons Calvin,(my g-father); Vernon, Roy "Bud"; and daughters that I cannot recall thier names. My Dad, Ronald Clayton Archer, and I don't talk much.
I know Ory came up from the U.S.(wish I lived there), to Chauvin, Alberta. Uncle Bud (Roy) lived in California, and was a firefighter? Vernon, I believe, lived in Edmonton, Alberta.
I would sure appreciate any help I can get. The distance is getting far, I would hate to see my g-son, Levi Clayton Archer lose out on our history. We don't have much to spend on research, so I am glad I found this site.
We already know on my Mom's side, we are related to Gen. Jimmy Doolittle. He is my g-fathers cousin.
