My ancestor Mary Archer married John M Hale in northern AL (Morgan county) soon after the Archers had migrated from Bledsoe county TN. After checking my notes I have an Isaac P Archer born 1814 in Bledsoe county TN, son of Cornelius Archer. Possibly Isaac C. is a grandson of Cornelius by one of his other sons? or my notes are wrong? Either way, it sounds like they are related some how considering the TN to AL transition.
This is what I know about Cornelius so you might compare to your notes to see if this seems like the same family:
b. ca 1760 probably in VA
resided in Franklin county VA in the 1780's
moved to east TN by the mid 1790's, Grainger county mainly until at least 1805
resided in Roane/Bledsoe county until 1815
was in Limestone county AL soon after Alabama statehood, 1818
moved into Fayette county TN by the late 1820's and then to Hempstead county AR in the 1830's
he died there in Hempstead county between the 1840-1850 census
I've not seen a marriage record for Cornelius but one can assume a marriage took place in VA/east TN around 1790.

children attributed to him are : Rev.Benjamin Philip Archer, Spencer, John, Enoch, James, Mary, Elizabeth, Dennis, Susan/Susannah, Isaac, and Nancy
