Dear Susan Nass,
May I presume upon your obvious generosity to find Lucille Arnott. All that I know of her is that she was "of the French West Indies". She married James Lowe of Manchester, Lancashire, England, in about 1810 and had a son Edward Arnott Lowe, born about 1812 in Manchester, who migrated to Philadelphia Pennsylvania.

I believe Lucille Arnott to have been my great, great, great grandmother.

PS: My married name is Arnett, but the Arnett family is - as far as I know - not related to the Arnott family that I am inquiring about.
