So happy to hear from you and see that we've made a match! As to any info on Michael Auman: I'll do some checking around, and also compare notes with my mother. Michael was her great-great-grandfather, and my greatx3 grandfather, so between the two of us and the notes we have we should be able to unearth something. I'll notify you ASAP when I do.
Do you have any additional info on Lucien and Michael (the son), by any chance? I'm intrigued by the use of the French name 'Lucien' in the family. There were always rumors amongst our family that the Auman line was from Alsace-Lorraine, but the rumors have been so far unfounded. And also, did all of Michael Sr.'s children stay in the PA area?
