I haven't seen a Francis and I don't think the David Babb you mention is the same one I posted about. He was an old man living with extended family (with no children of his own) in the 1850 census (your Francis should still be living with parents if he was born in 1839). Sorry, I don't know how your Babbs are connected.--April
