Still searching for a Florence Freda Bailey from LA or AR

This person would have been from north Louisiana or somewhere in Arkansas, possibly in the DeQueen area. Her name is Florence Freda Bailey. She had a baby daughter born (possibly prematurely) in Little Rock, Arkansas, in September 1956 that she named Betty Ann Bailey. We have been looking for info on this person everywhere and haven't found one single lead. If anyone has any information on this person, please email me.
