As I noted in my posting of 18 Nov 2004, we have found a home for Neva's things, and they have been passed on. I didn't save much, but I can give you a brief overview, and I found a few notes I made while searching Harrison's family, so will pass those on here, too.
This Harrison Bailey shows up in the 1870 Census as the youngest child of Benjamin Bailey (b NJ) and Christiana Evans (b Canada) of Bowne Township, Kent County, Michigan. Benjamin & Christina are in Ada in 1850 and 1860, and based on the birthplaces of their children they came there from Canada circa 1848. There are several WorldConnect files and LDS entries with detail on this family. I haven't seen a Ralph, but their children based on census records and a few stats should be:

**HARRISON BAILEY b Nov 1861 Ada, Kent Co MI d May 1928 Lansing, Ingham Co MI; bd Mount Hope Cemetery; he married on 29 Nov 1882 at Lowell, Kent Co MI to Luella Hatton (she was age 16 b Bowne MI, and probably granddaughter of Giles Hatton). Harrison, Luella, and 6 children are listed in Pine Twp, Montcalm Co MI in the 1900 census. Later, they moved to Lansing (Ingham Co MI).

DEATHS
MRS. LUELLA BAILEY
Mrs. Luella Bailey, 83, died at Herley hospital, Flint,
Thursday evening after a seven years' illness. She had been
a resident of Lansing for 45 years until two years ago when she
went to make her home with her daughter, Mrs Earl Lavene, of
Clio. She leaves, besides the daughter, three sons, Lloyd and
George W Bailey of Lansing, and Harrison Bailey of Holt, 25
grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. The body was
removed to the Robinson funeral home where services will be
held at 2 p.m. Saturday with Rev. George Carrier of the Pleasant
Grove Nazarene church officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope
cemetery. Pallbearers will be Willard Mosher, Glenn Wescott,
Charles Whitney and Joseph Lapp.

NETTIE BAILEY b 6 July 1887 Pine, Montcalm Co MI; parents are listed on birth record as Harrison Bailey of Pine, b MI, farmer and Luella Bailey of Pine b MI. Nettie apparently died young.
GEORGE W BAILEY (s/o Harrison Bailey & Luella Hatton) b 22 Feb 1889 d 7 March 1969, age 80; he married Theo E Robinson on 28 Nov 1907 in Lansing. George and Theo had 3 children: Dorothy Bailey (md R C Teller), Helen Bailey (md 1st Mr. Jones, 2nd Alex Eno), and Ronald G. Bailey. Theo Robinson Bailey was b 1891 d 21 Oct 1953. George md 2nd to Flossie (md name Greenberg) and had several step-daughters & a step-son. George W Bailey worked at Fisher Body

LEROY HARRISON BAILEY (s/o Harrison Bailey & Luella Hatton) b Nov 1890, aka "Roy" - he md 12 Nov 1913 in Ithaca, Gratiot Co MI to Arzalia Cummings. In 1932 his wife was listed as Nina R. He was living in Holt MI when his Mom died.
