Hi, Phillip. As far as I know, Benjamin came here about 1770s (?), possibly to VA. He's my 4th gr-grandfather and my mother's direct 3rd. He's also one of my only 4 "brick walls." I've printed out your msgs for researching. Since you found Nicholas "down South," there is a possibility. He has been an enigma for me for years. I do remember a distant cousin of mine telling me a Bailey I found/traced to KS was a grandson(?) of Benjamin's. I can't remember his name now but he's in my tree and I will pursue the line using your leads. Thanks and best wishes. Dale sirdale@cableone.net
