New Bloomfield, Callaway, Missouri I have census records of Hiram in Callaway County, MO in and as a youth in Steuben, NY Hiram is the son of Nicholus Bailey born 1786 in New Jersey and died in Steuben, NY I am sure he is from English/Scottish blood because all Baileys in CT, ME. NH, MA, and NJ are from England. I would like to know what county he was born in and how he ties into the Scottish/English clan. Who are his parents, grand parents, etc...
