I have Allen and James Bailey in Abbeville SC 1790 and 1800.Nathaniel Bailey living close by 1790 and 1800.
Allen in 1790 with wife and dau with a male over 16 living with them.Was he a brother to Allen?
Does this mean Sarah(Sally) was bn ar 1788 and James bn ar 1790? Mary bn ar 1793,Willian ar 1796 and Charles 1798?
We know Mary never md and was living with bro Charles in several censes in Ga and Al.All children bn in Abbeville SC.
This seems to fit the 1800 censes on Allen.

1 son age(10) 10 to 16
2 sons ages (2)&(4) 0 to 10
1 dau age (12)10 to 16
1 dau age (7) 0 to 10
James next to Allen in 1790 and 1800.
James and wife in 1790 Abbeville with 3 daus under 16.
1800 Abbeville James 26/45 and wife 26/45 had 3 daus 10 to 16 and a son 0 to 10.All children bn in Abbeville.
Was this the same James that md Margaret Turner???
Their children were Frances,Martha and Elizabeth and son Wyatt.Wyatt would have been bn ar 1790 after census was taken?
Nathaniel next to James and Allen 1790.
Nathaniel and wife had 3 sons under 16 and 1 dau under 16.
Nathaniel in 1800 Abbeville 26/45 wife 26/45
still had 3 sons
but had 5 daus - all children bn in Abbeville - had 4 daus from 1790 to 1800.
Nathaniel still in Abbeville in 1810/1820,went to Pendleton in 1830.
Allen died in Edgefield 1806 I think.
Where did James go???
