Found these two entries but not much about Cora Bailey:
Albra Freeman Rand (Lysander, William, Lazarus), born February 12, 1878. He married Cora Bailey in Auburn, Maine. He operated a bakery for 33 years in Augusta, Maine. He died at his home on 3 Gannett St., Augusta on November 9, 1943. He was an alderman in Augusta and operated Rand and Stearns Bakery on Cony Street.
