I have a J M Bailey however its my 5 yr old Jordyn Mariah and we live in las vegas... however i responded to your post because my real father John Allen Bailey is from West Virginia from what my birth certificate says but i have no other info on him since he walked out 3 days after i was born and its been over 29 yrs now and still have never heard 1 word from him... anyways doubt any of this helped but you never know i guess
