I am not sure what you mean by are these the same Allen. I am going off of your posts, and your interest in Allen Bailey, and his children James, William and Charles along with the 2 girls Polly and Sally. I have basically transcribed everything I can get my hands on with the name Bailey in Edgefield looking for the elusive name to the parents of William and Martin Bailey.
While looking I have also kept the information on the Allen and the children in his will to see if there is a connection to William or Martin Bailey. While keeping my eye on that will and the names of his children, I can eliminate which deed, will, court case belongs to the correct family.
I assumed we are speaking of the same Allen as you are researching when I see the following deed;
