Morning Eileen Using the IGI at- www.familysearch.org (Free) I have not been able to find a Henry Baillie (and variant spellings) corresponding to your information. The only progeny of a David Baillie (inc vars) and Ann Wallace, is an Agnes Bailey marrying in Stirling 1858 to John Young McArthur, suggesting her birth was probably in the 1830s. Of course, these may not be the same parents. Searching for children of David Baillie and Ann (omitting her surname), does not bring up any relevant Henry's. You may wish to try- www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk But there is a Credit/Debit Card charge of 6 UK/Scottish Pounds, not sure of exchange rates. There is a marriage of a David Baillie to Ann Wallace in Kilmarnock Ayrshire, 26th October 1827; and this is on the one hand geographically closer to your suggested location; but in time seems appropriate for Agnes Bailey above. But neither proximities guarantees that they are the parents involved in either case. I think that you would be better advised to first harden up on your later (descendent) data leading back to Henry. That is, work backwards from today's generations, in detail, going from the proven, eg certificates etc, backwards, confirming each step.
