Alexander Baillie, born abt 1790 in Rogart, Sutherland, was the huband Nancy Murray, born abt 1800, also in Rogart, He died in Earltown, Nova Scotia Sep 22, 1864, and she died at nearby Gunn's Hill January 8, 1892. They had a very large family of 12 children, although I don't seen a son named Daniel among them. Catherine, 1819; Christy, 1821; John, 1824, Betsy, 1826, Jane, 1829, Alexander, 1829, Robert, 1833; Donald, 1836; Jessie, ??; Ellen, 1840; Mary, 1844 and Isabella, 1842.
