was $27 due for taxes from 1983 thru 1988 which I happily paid. It was a NY State tax on graves not under perpetual care and was ended in 1988. I also asked them if they knew who paid the taxes up to 1983. This is the reply which
you may find useful?"
"In reply to your inquiry regarding payment of back taxes, our records indicate
the names of Mrs. George Bauman, 124-16 85 Avenue, Richmond Hill, NY and Mr. Joseph Schoenig or Schoemig*, 245 Alta Vista Street, DeBary, FL 32713 as having paid for lot tax from 1963 to 1982. However, we are unable to determine which person paid for a particular year."
