Hello-FIRST-I am NOT related to any of these people-I am just posting info found that may be of use for those of you who are related.
Info condensed from an old newspaper obit I came across:
Sophia (Rogers) BEADLE b:Sept.6,1821 Mendon,Monroe Co.N.Y and died Friday Oct 23, 1891 Saranac, Michigan. Married to JOHN BEADLE October 1840 (at the old home) They had 6 children-with 2 sons and one daughter still living.Sophia was a member of the Royal Templar of Temperance. REV> A J ARNEY preached her funeral service at the M.E.CHUCH on a Sunday morning.
The Beadles moved to Michigan in 1854-short time lived in COLDWATER, Ypsilanti, Lowell and in 1869 moved to SARANAC.
The "card of THANKS" at the bottom of the obit ~>THANKS "AUNTIE COTTON" and MRS NELLIE BEADLE for aid and care of Sophia during her sickness.
