Yes, I did find a record of birth for Julie Berube born to Victor and Eugenie in 1894. I have been searching in hopes that there was another Victor Berube married to a Marie St. Pierre or it has been mentioned that perhaps Julie is a grandchild who was adopted by Victor and Eugenie, making Charles and Julie actually first cousins, hense the dispensation. If that were so, wouldn't Julie's birth record state that?

I welcome any ideas you may have or direction to further search!
