Hi Larry
I was interested to see your message. I am a descendant of Rubin Bick. My grandmother was Lily Bick, daughter of Rubin. I have been trying to research their history so was interested to read about George and Sarah. When did George go to the states as I believe he was a witness at my grandmother's wedding in 1899. But perhaps there was another family member called George. I have been unable to find either George or Rubin after 1851 on any of the censuses.
Best wishes
Joan Ferguson
