Finding the Jacob Biedenbenders

My ggGrandparents were Jacob and Julia Biedenbender from Mainz and Bergzabirn, a small town in the Rheinpfalz. They came to America separately in about 1850 and settled in Cincinnati. Jacob opened a glove and hat store downtown which proved quite successful.

The Biedenbenders had four children; two survived.I am one of many descendents of William Biedenbender.
