Mary, yes I am very interested in your links from Sheriff Robert to Robert, Williamson and Philemon Bird in Prince Edward Co. Va. I have some records but have wondered if there are other records I haven't located.
I descend from Williamson, brother of Philemon (Prince Edward, m. to Mary Lee, on to Ga. in 1785-87.
I have records of Williamson's descendants from Prince Edw.Co. Va to present.
I have been in contact with a Philemon living relative in the last 5 or 6 years. Not sure if Al Ogletree is still living. He was living in McAllen Texas. He gave me some of hismor recent records.
The J.R. Mott book on Philemon's family is in our Houston, Clayton Library.
My husband put this request on the forum. I believe you and I exchanged an email last spring.
I would like to share hoping we have some different records.
Thank you for your reply.
Virginia Bird Morrison
