We reviewed our records of the descendents of John Bishop II, James Harvey Bishop Sr., and James Harvey Bishop Jr. and were not able to find a connection to anyone named Theodore Owen Bishop.
Thedore Bishop can be found in the 1900 US Federal Census of Richland Co. OH living with his parents John and Amanda Bishop and siblings Carrie, Walter, Dottie, and Bessie.
John Bishop can be found in the 1860 US Federal Census of Hancock IN living with his parents Jackson and Caroline Bishop and siblings Sarah E., Eliza J., Milton, and Mary.
None of these Bishops (Theodore, John, or Jackson) appear to be related to John Bishop II (1739-1828).
