I am looking for information on Samuel L. Bishop. He served in the 20th Louisiana Infantry in the Civil War. He eventually became Lt. Colonel of that unit. He was living in New Orleans in 1861 and was a boiler maker. That is the extent of the information I have on him. Please feel free to email directly also.
