Searching for family members of James William Blackwell (Bill) who was born in England about 1845. He moved to Minnesota and then, after being married to Emma Hill in Alexandria, MN. in 1876 they moved to Washington State. We belive he died in 1917. (Puyallup)
James was actually adopted by the Blackwell Family and is shown in the Gloucester Census of 1851 as aged 6 and a scholar (in school) I have a photo of him and his wife on my website and some information.
