Jacob John Blaha born 25 Jul 1858 in Boskovstejn, Morovia, Austria immigrated to the US arriving in New York on May 26, 1875 with his parents and 8 siblings. Parents were Matthew (Mathias) Blaha (b. 30 Nov 1823 d. 17 Dec 19070 and Theresa Pokorny (b. 1 Nov 1830 d. 6 June 1906). Agnes Novotny married Jacob 28 Jan 1884 in St Paul, Howard Co. NE. Agnes immigrated to the US in 1875 with her parents Jacob and Theresa first stopping in Winonia MN and then moving to NE in 1877.
Jacob John Blaha was my great grandfather.
