I am researching my family tree, and would like any information on the BOAK family before they came to Australia.
ALAN BOAK married CHRISTINA MACLAREN (in Scotland?)and then immigrated to Australia before or after they had 6 children- Jack, Peter, Janet, Jenny, and twins -Margaret and ALAN EDWARD BOAK.
ALAN EDWARD BOAK married AMY EDITH (EDWARDS)
and had 6 children- Clarence Rupert, Arthur John, Albert Dudley, Alma Christina, Gladis Wilma, and FRANCIS EDWARD BOAK.
FRANCIS EDWARD BOAK was my Grandfather, and for some unknown reason often changed his last name from BOAK to BOAKE, and named my Father with the last name of BOAKE.
