thanks for your reply and my apologies, I thought your reference to Simon Boerum and "court records indicating he had no issue" pertained to Simon son of William and Antje Schenk. This WIlliam was nephew to Simon Boerum marr. M. Schenk, the Simon without children (1724-1775) But apparently your reference was to SImon marr. Maria Schenk (1724-1775)
