Samuel Perry, my Loyalist ancestor, was also a mariner...a ship pilot and Capt. Knowing the coastline, he was part of the Associated Refugees that made seveal documented raids of colonies along the coast of Massachusetts and Martha's Vineyard. His son, Thomas Perry married and had at least 2 sons in Nova Scotia and he and his sons returned to Massachusetts with their famlies.
