No luck searching for any of that in my Thomas Jones file. Thomas was the father of Rosamond Jones who married William Bourne Sr. My Johnsons are the line containing three generations of Jeffreys before Samuel and his siblings. Samuel of Wilkes Co. was born 1757 in Fauquier Co. VA. A quick search shows no Vinson or Jones connection to my Johnsons. My Robert Johnson son of Capt. Samuel married Celia Bourne, daughter of William and Rosamond.
