Franklin J Phillips Metal of Honor Winner

I am doing family research on Lieutenant General John Twiggs Myers and Metal of Honor winner Franklin J Phillips who I believe is related to General Myers. Franklin J Phillips also known as Henry Fisher. He was killed in the Boxer Rebellion June 16 1900. General Myers was the head of the Legation Guard at Peking. It looks like Marine Pvt Phillips was in that guard unit and was killed guarding the door. I was wondering if anyone knows anything about these people.
